Forge Solutions, Corp provides an AI-powered tool that generates construction estimates based on user-provided inputs (“Service”). The Service is intended for informational and productivity purposes only.

The estimates and outputs generated by the Service are not guaranteed to be accurate and do not constitute professional, engineering, or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all outputs before relying on them.

You agree:

• To provide accurate input data
• To independently verify all estimates
• Not to rely solely on the Service for financial or construction decisions

If you purchase a subscription or paid features:

• Fees are billed as described at checkout
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers
• You agree to provide accurate billing information

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

We may offer free trials or beta access at our discretion. When a free trial or beta period ends, your account will convert to a paid subscription at the rate disclosed at sign-up unless you cancel before the trial or beta period expires. Founders Council members will receive advance notice before any billing begins.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Founders Council members retain their locked-in founding rate as described at enrollment.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again and notify you via email. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the balance is resolved.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated. We do not pro-rate unused portions of a billing cycle upon cancellation. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Input malicious or harmful data

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and AI models, are owned by Forge Solutions, Corp. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating outputs and improving the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use but carry no guarantee of originality or accuracy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge Solutions, Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any outputs generated by the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Solutions, Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including inaccuracies in estimates. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may collect:

• Contact information (name, email)
• User inputs (project details, measurements, descriptions, audio recordings, and photos)
• Usage data (interactions with the platform)
• Device and log data
• Billing information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your full card details)

We use data to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Generate estimates and structured scope outputs
• Process payments via Stripe
• Communicate with users
• Monitor performance and security

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing (subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy)
• AI/LLM providers — for processing your inputs and generating outputs (your data is not used to train third-party models)
• Hosting and analytics providers
• Legal authorities if required by law

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe via their secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We receive only a tokenized reference, your billing email, and transaction status. We never have access to your full card number or CVV.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze usage patterns.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform.
